Head of B2B Sales (Indonesia)
Own the Indonesian enterprise pipeline end-to-end — single-tenant baremetal deals, MSA negotiation, government procurement (LKPP e-katalog), and named-account expansion across regulated industries (banking, healthcare, government, education). Coordinates with the Regional AE (Singapore) on cross-border accounts.
Account Executive — APAC / Regional (Singapore)
Build Dalang.io's non-Indonesian sales motion from the Singapore contracting entity (Dalang Pte Ltd). Sell sovereign Indonesian cloud and baremetal to regional banks, multinationals with SEA workloads, and SG/MY enterprises. Indonesia data residency is the wedge — buyers come because they need to keep data in-country with an auditable vendor.
Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) — Indonesia
Technical pre-sales partner to the Head of B2B Sales (Indonesia) and Regional AE (Singapore) for non-AI deals — VPS, baremetal, container hosting, custom servers. Owns LKPP / government tender responses, RFP technical questionnaires, BOQ assembly, demos, and reference architectures. Distinct from the AI Solutions Architect (who covers AI / GPU pre-sales).
AI Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales
Customer-facing technical lead for AI / GPU deals. Sit with prospects, scope their workload (training, fine-tuning, inference, RAG), recommend the right GPU configuration and software stack, write the technical SoW, and hand to the AI Infrastructure Engineer for delivery. Pair with Head of B2B Sales (Indonesia) and Regional AE (Singapore) on every AI pursuit.
Operations
DC / Facility Manager — Pandeglang
Run Dalang's Pandeglang data center as a running business unit. Own utilities, vendor contracts, capacity planning, physical security, and audit-readiness for the facility. Manage the NOC Engineer roster; partner with the SRE on changes that affect the physical layer.
NOC Engineer (24/7 shift)
Staff the Network Operations Center at Dalang.io's Pandeglang facility on a 24/7 rotating shift. Monitor cluster health, respond to alerts within SLA, and execute hands-on hardware procedures from runbooks. We are hiring multiple seats to cover the rotation.
Customer Success / Support Lead
Own the support inbox and the post-sale relationship for enterprise accounts. Triage L1/L2 tickets, drive onboarding for new baremetal customers, and run quarterly business reviews with named accounts.
Customer Care Specialist (24/7 inbound)
Be the always-on voice of Dalang.io. Cover WhatsApp Business inbound, the customer phone line, and direct messages plus comments across all seven social channels on a 24/7 rotating shift. We are hiring multiple seats to staff the rotation.
IT / Internal Security Lead
Own Dalang.io's internal-IT and corporate-security posture — distinct from the production infrastructure (which the SRE owns) and customer-facing platform security. Manage SaaS sprawl, SSO, the laptop fleet, onboarding/offboarding access, ISO 27001 internal-readiness, and employee security training.
Engineering
Software Engineer — Backend (Go)
Build the Go 1.24 API that powers VPS provisioning, billing, admin, and customer dashboards. Work directly with Incus on the x99 cluster and integrate with Xendit, Cloudflare, and the Pingora reverse proxy.
Software Engineer — Frontend (SvelteKit)
Build the SvelteKit 2.10 + Svelte 5 frontend (test.dalang.io) — marketing site, customer dashboard, admin panel — and grow the trilingual content layer (en/id/zh).
Site Reliability Engineer
Own the production fabric — Pingora reverse proxy (Rust), Incus x99 cluster, deploy pipeline, observability, and the on-call rotation. The role that keeps uptime.dalang.io's numbers honest.
AI / GPU Infrastructure Engineer
Build the GPU side of Dalang's infrastructure — GPU baremetal, GPU-enabled VMs, the NVIDIA software stack, and the East–West network fabric that makes distributed training fast. Pair tightly with the SRE on shared infra and with the AI Solutions Architect on customer-facing GPU offerings.
Marketing
Content & SEO Specialist
Own Dalang.io's outbound content and organic search. Plan, write, and ship bilingual technical content (EN + ID); coordinate with Sales on case studies and Engineering on technical write-ups. Handoff inbound social DMs to Customer Care; pair with the Designer on visuals and Digital Marketing on landing-page tests.
Visual / Brand Designer
Own Dalang.io's visual output across the marketing surface — social posts, blog hero images, presentation decks, email templates, ad creative. Maintain brand consistency from the homepage through every TikTok and LinkedIn post.
Digital / Performance Marketing Specialist
Own paid acquisition and conversion analytics. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; A/B test landing pages with the Frontend engineer; tie campaign spend to qualified leads, paid customers, and MRR.
