What you will do
- Run the recruiting pipeline — sourcing channels, screening calls, interview coordination, offer drafting, reference checks.
- Own onboarding end-to-end: employment letter, BPJS / JHT / JKK enrollment, equipment hand-off to IT, day-1 to day-90 plan per role.
- Maintain employment-contract templates (PKWT and PKWTT) and ensure the right type per role; track contract renewals.
- Run the quarterly performance-review cadence; coordinate calibration with managers and the COO.
- Manage HR vendors (BPJS, insurance, HRIS such as Talenta or GajiHub) and coordinate with Finance on monthly payroll runs.
- Handle offboarding: clearance, equipment return, severance calculation per UU Cipta Kerja, final payments.
- Support managers on conflict resolution and disciplinary processes consistent with Indonesian labor law.
- Maintain a clean employee handbook; keep it updated as policies change.
What we need from you
- 5+ years HR operations or generalist experience at an Indonesian company.
- Strong Indonesian labor law: UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, JHT, JKK, PHK rules, severance calculation.
- PKWT vs PKWTT discipline; experience drafting and managing both.
- Excellent organization and confidentiality.
- Bahasa Indonesia + working English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Talenta, GajiHub, or another Indonesian HRIS.
- Multi-entity HR ops (PT + Pte Ltd) experience.
- Employer-branding or recruitment-marketing exposure.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 employee-side controls (background checks, periodic access reviews).
What success looks like in 90 days
- Employee handbook updated and acknowledged by every employee.
- Recruiting pipeline reporting in place; time-to-hire baseline measured.
- Quarterly review cadence kicked off and on the calendar through the next two quarters.
