What you will do
- Cover assigned shifts in a 24/7 rotation — 8-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with shift differential.
- Monitor the NOC surface — Grafana dashboards, alert manager, network health, fleet uptime — and acknowledge or triage alerts within the agreed SLA.
- Execute hands-on hardware procedures from runbooks: drive swap, NIC replacement, fiber and copper cabling, PDU rebalancing, rack-and-stack of new units.
- Escalate to the on-call SRE for issues outside runbook scope; maintain a clean incident log with timestamps and actions taken.
- Image and provision new machines per the playbook supplied by the SRE team.
- Maintain DC-floor cleanliness and safety; log temperature, humidity, and power readings per shift.
What we need from you
- 2+ years experience in a NOC, data center, ISP, or hosting-operations role.
- Comfortable with rack-and-stack hardware work — fiber and copper cabling, PDU connections, hot-swap drives.
- Linux command-line basics: log inspection, top, ip, journalctl, dmesg, smartctl.
- Willing and able to work shift rotations including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable transport to / accommodation near the Pandeglang facility.
- Bahasa Indonesia required; basic English for runbooks and incident reports.
Nice to have
- BMC / IPMI / Redfish operations experience.
- Hands-on with Incus / LXD / Proxmox or another hypervisor at the operator level.
- Networking certifications (CCNA, MTCNA, JNCIA).
- Experience with a ticketing system (Helpdesk, JIRA, Linear).
What success looks like in 90 days
- Independently covering shifts after the first 30 days of paired rotation.
- Zero missed alerts attributable to procedure failure during your shifts.
- One contribution to runbook clarity merged — corrections, additions, or edge-case documentation.
