What you will do
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategy, and creative-rotation cycles in coordination with the Designer.
- Build and instrument analytics — Umami / Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — and tie campaign spend to conversion (sign-up → qualified lead → paid customer → MRR).
- A/B test landing pages, ad copy, and creative; report wins back to Content and the Designer.
- Manage retargeting funnels and email-sequence triggers.
- Coordinate with B2B Sales on intent-signal targeting and account-based marketing on LinkedIn for enterprise pursuits.
What we need from you
- 3+ years performance marketing at a B2B SaaS, infra, or dev-tools company.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable in spreadsheets, basic SQL, and at least one analytics platform (Umami, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Bahasa Indonesia + good English.
Nice to have
- Indonesian B2B / enterprise paid-acquisition experience.
- Prior work on a freemium or self-serve PaaS funnel.
- Light HTML/CSS to iterate on landing-page variants without blocking engineering.
What success looks like in 90 days
- Conversion attribution working end-to-end across all paid channels.
- First three campaigns shipped, with reported CAC and CPL by channel.
- One iterative landing-page test concluded with shipped changes.
