Operations Full-time On-site, Pandeglang DC (Banten); occasional travel to Jakarta

DC / Facility Manager — Pandeglang

Run Dalang's Pandeglang data center as a running business unit. Own utilities, vendor contracts, capacity planning, physical security, and audit-readiness for the facility. Manage the NOC Engineer roster; partner with the SRE on changes that affect the physical layer.

What you will do

  • Own DC utilities and physical infrastructure: PLN power, generators, UPS, precision HVAC, fire suppression, BMS / DCIM. Maintain SLAs with vendors and the maintenance schedule.
  • Manage ISP and IP-transit contracts; negotiate renewals, capacity commits, and new builds.
  • Plan facility capacity — rack space, power density, cooling envelope — and forecast against the engineering roadmap.
  • Maintain physical security (badging, CCTV, visitor management) and audit-readiness for ISO 27001 and any regulatory audits (POJK, PSE) from a facility perspective.
  • Manage and roster the NOC Engineer team; conduct shift-handover quality reviews.
  • Coordinate with the SRE on changes that touch the physical layer (rack swaps, network re-cabling, power scheduling).
  • Run facility budget; report monthly OPEX (utilities, vendors, hardware spares) to ownership.

What we need from you

  • 5+ years in data-center facility management, colocation operations, or industrial-utility plant operations.
  • Working knowledge of DC physical infrastructure: power distribution, gensets, UPS, precision cooling, fire suppression, BMS / DCIM.
  • Vendor and SLA-management experience in Indonesian regulatory context.
  • Audit-prep exposure (ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / TIA-942) from a facility-side perspective.
  • Bahasa Indonesia required; English for vendor communications.
  • Reliable transport to Pandeglang; expected on-site 4-5 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Existing PLN industry-customer relationships.
  • Greenfield DC build or expansion commissioning experience.
  • Networking certifications or working knowledge of L2/L3 networking.

What success looks like in 90 days

  • Facility OPEX reported monthly with clean line items.
  • One process improvement merged — vendor renegotiation, capacity-plan publication, or audit-readiness checklist.
  • NOC roster running smoothly with a documented shift-handover protocol.
