What you will do
- Produce social-media graphics for all seven channels at the editorial calendar's cadence.
- Design blog hero images, infographics, comparison charts, and case-study visuals.
- Maintain the Dalang.io presentation deck (sales, partner, investor) and email templates.
- Create ad-creative variants for the Digital Marketing function — multiple sizes, multiple variants for A/B testing.
- Maintain a tidy, versioned design library; enforce brand guidelines on all marketing output.
What we need from you
- 3+ years in-house or agency design experience, ideally for B2B SaaS, infra, dev tools, or another technical product.
- Strong Figma skills; comfortable with Adobe CC for raster and short-form video work.
- Type, layout, and motion fundamentals; can ship a static social post AND a 15-second short-form video reel.
- Bahasa Indonesia + working English.
Nice to have
- Portfolio in technical or B2B verticals (not just lifestyle / consumer).
- Lottie or After Effects animation.
- Brand-guideline writing experience.
What success looks like in 90 days
- Design library audited; missing templates produced.
- Ad-creative variants delivered for the first paid-marketing campaign.
- Brand-consistency check applied to every marketing output during your tenure.
