1. Acceptance of Terms By using Dalang’s website or services, you confirm that you agree
to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may
not use our services.
2. Services Provided Dalang offers managed VPS, managed baremetal, and managed
PaaS/IaaS services. These services are provided as-is, and we strive to ensure their reliability, security,
and performance.
3. User Responsibilities • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when
creating an account or purchasing services. • Users agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or
malicious purposes. • Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and
notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. • Violation of these conditions will result in immediate service
termination, permanent account ban, and no refund.
4. Payments & Refund Policy • All payments made to Dalang are non-refundable,
including but not limited to cases of service cancellation
(voluntary or involuntary), account termination, or
dissatisfaction with the service. • By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund
policy.
5. Intellectual Property • All content, branding, and technology provided by Dalang are
owned by us or licensed to us. • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual
property without explicit permission.
6. Service Availability • We strive to provide uninterrupted services but cannot guarantee
100% uptime. • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary
disruptions, for which we will notify users in advance where
possible. • Our SLA is 95% per Years per Service. Meaning
services will be unavailable max 18 Days per Years. • SLA uptime is provided without any financial compensation.
7. Termination of Services Dalang reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the
following cases: • Violation of these Terms of Use. • Non-payment or payment disputes. • Abuse of resources, security threats, or activities that may
harm Dalang or other users. • At our discretion, if deemed necessary to protect service
integrity. No refund will be issued in case of suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability Dalang is not liable for: • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the
use or inability to use our services. • Loss of data or revenue due to service interruptions,
unauthorized access, or user negligence. • Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the
user to Dalang in the last 30 days.
9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued
use of our services after such modifications constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
11. Recommendations to Users To ensure smooth usage of Dalang services, we recommend that
users: • Regularly back up their data to an external or third-party
storage system. • Use strong and unique passwords for all accounts. • Keep all software, applications, and configurations updated. • Avoid hosting or running untested or malicious code. • Monitor usage to prevent unexpected costs or overages.
12. SLA Disclaimer • Our SLA (95% uptime per year) is a best-effort commitment, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service. • SLA does not include downtime caused by • Force majeure events (natural disasters,
government actions, etc.) • User misconfiguration, security breaches
due to negligence, or third-party software failures. • Scheduled maintenance announced in
advance. • No financial credits, refunds, or compensations will be provided for downtime or SLA breaches. • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this SLA
