What you will do
- Own the /enterprise pipeline from inbound to signed MSA, including deal qualification, technical scoping with engineering, and quarterly forecast.
- Drive the LKPP e-katalog listing, renewal, and any follow-on government tender responses.
- Lead pursuits for BUMN, OJK-regulated banks, government agencies, and large private enterprise.
- Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs alongside outside counsel.
- Build and report pipeline, win-rate, and forecast metrics to ownership weekly.
- Represent Dalang.io at industry events, regulator briefings, and partner meetings.
What we need from you
- 7+ years B2B enterprise sales in Indonesia, with at least 3 years in infrastructure / cloud / managed services.
- Demonstrated wins in regulated sectors (BUMN, OJK banks, government agencies, healthcare, education).
- Comfort with technical buyers (CIO, CTO, Head of Infrastructure) — not a hands-on engineer, but reads architectures fluently.
- Working knowledge of Indonesian procurement frameworks: LKPP e-katalog, Perpres 16/2018, BSSN guidance.
- Native Bahasa Indonesia, conversational English.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships at LKPP, BSSN, OJK, BUMN procurement teams.
- Prior experience selling colocation, private cloud, or dedicated infrastructure.
- Familiarity with POJK 11/2022 IT outsourcing rules and Permenkominfo 5/2020 PSE registration.
What success looks like in 90 days
- Pipeline reporting and forecast cadence in place; ownership reviews it weekly without prompting.
- First three enterprise deals in late stage (MSA red-line or signed).
- LKPP e-katalog application strategy approved and in motion.
