Service credits for missed contractual SLA are documented in the MSA, capped at the monthly fee. Maintenance windows are excluded; we provide ≥7 days notice. Note: "Tier 3-equivalent" / "Tier 1-equivalent" describe design specifications matched to Uptime Institute reference designs. Neither facility is Uptime Institute-certified. Jakarta is hosted in an ISO 27001 / ISO 9001-certified data center facility (upstream colocation provider).

Do you sign a Master Service Agreement?
Yes. Standard MSA, DPA, and individual SOWs are available for any workload over Rp 25.000.000/month or any deployment with regulated data.
What payment terms do you offer enterprise customers?
Annual contracts with quarterly billing are standard. Net-30 invoicing supported for KYC-cleared entities. We accept giro, virtual account, and corporate credit card. PO-based procurement (including LKPP e-katalog where applicable) is supported.
Where is my data physically located?
All baremetal and dedicated infrastructure is hosted in Indonesian data centers — Jakarta (Tier 3-equivalent design, hosted in an ISO 27001 / ISO 9001-certified facility) and Banten (Tier 1-equivalent design). Your data does not leave Indonesia unless you explicitly request it.

Jakarta runs on Tier 3-equivalent infrastructure with a 99.982% internal uptime target; credit-back terms for missed contractual SLA are documented in the MSA. Banten is positioned for non-critical workloads at a 99.671% internal target. Neither facility is Uptime Institute-certified — "equivalent" describes design specifications matched to those tiers. Both publish near-real-time measured status at uptime.dalang.io.
How do migrations work?
Standard migrations are handled by your team using our self-serve tools. Paid white-glove migrations include planning, data validation, network cutover, and rollback procedures — typically 2–6 weeks depending on workload.
Who supports the deployment?
Enterprise contracts include a named Technical Account Manager and 24/7 incident response. Initial response within 1 hour for Sev-1, 4 business hours for Sev-2.
